Victor,
In a non-exchange environment, you can create a contact in everyone's
address book and create a rule in OUTLOOK that sends a BCC to that contact.
You can use GPO to limit the user's access to the options in outlook so they
cannot "turn off" the rule.
Then have the boss' outlook retrieve all email sent to that contact.
I am not sure if this can be done in an exchange environment.
p.s. this requires a visit to each desktop to implement but 15 desktops
cannot be too difficult.
