Have you deleted the page file...rebooted and then recreated the pagefile?

I have 2 No. 36GB SCSI drives running in raid 1 (mirrored) and there is 64%
space free (22GB spprox).  I have defragmented the drives etc. to see if this
would solve the problem but it still persists
