Check the tech notes of www.smallbizserver.net there are only certain memberships that Admin should have group membership of.

Thanks any way have sorted this already. For those that are interested I created a New User with Admin Rights and changed the Deny Locally Login Policy but removed administrator from one of the groups listed.

After doing a Swing Migration from SBS2000 to SBS 2003 no users can log onDenied
to the Domain Controller. I can log on via Terminal Services and have
checked and changed the Deny local Login which did have Administrator
Login. Error Message is
The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively
