single or dual NIC?
What do you mean not being utilised?
A dual processor Dell should be running at less that 25% assuming that you
are running SBS/exchange/IIS/ISA.
How much RAM... and what type of disk structure..i.e. # of physical drives,
RAID? Y/N
how big is the pagefile.sys?
As a guideline, I have a PowerEdge 2600 dual xeon 2.4 GHZ P4's w/ 1GB ram
(2) 36GB SCSI RAID 1 boot disk
(3) 36 GB SCSI RAID 5 data
dual NIC
ISA
IIS
EXCHANGE
and I rarely see Greater that 40% processor utilisation
