You must have ISA installed if you these errors. First of all I want to
suggest you put a second Nic in your server. At this moment ISA is running
in caching mode only and that is not what you want. With two Nics ISA can
run as a full blown Firewall. Here are some diagrams how to the setup a

The Lat can be found in ISA. If you drill down in the ISA Server Manager to
the hive with the name Network Configuration and choose Lat. Delete all
entries there and right click on Lat and choose to construct Lat entries,
restart ISA Server Control.
