Using the Wizard for RAS

While the wizard the RAS errors out and fails to comlete.
Below is part of the log that is generated during the
setup. These are the only two issue I recieve in the log.
Disabling NETBIOS for RAS returned OK
Configuring ISA for VPN returned OK
CRRASCommit::CommitEx returned ERROR 80072030
CRRASCommit::CommitEx returned ERROR 80072030

I am not sure what is cause
