Is it a good practice to have the system files within the RAID 5 setup?

Raid 5 (Hardware Controller)

Is it a good practice to have the system files within the RAID 5 setup?

I seam to remember that you can't setup a Raid 5 within Windows 2000 Server
using the Disk Manager
