No, that's not all. The systems running behind it need to get
AV updates, Windows updates and other updates. The system
was not working perfectly before and that's why we are in the
midst of trying to get it better. ISA was not a solution for us.
I'm not putting ISA back on nor am I able to get the system
stable after removing ISA. Now email is not working correctly.

I've asked for ideas on now to fix email. I've followed the steps
in the suggestions I have received so far and have had no joy.
The MVP that has been assisting me is now taking guesses at
it which is where I find myself even... just guessing. I do not
want to rebuild in fact I'd rather jump on a fork than rebuild
as I hate rebuilding anything because there's always issues.
If anyone had other ideas to look into things for me to check
I'd pursue them with vigor. I just have not received any from
anyone and to be honest the experts here are volunteers you
don't get paid and you probably rarely get thanked. It's very
hard to do stuff like this from a distance. Would I let someone
remote on? Yes, if I could get 3 other people to vouche for
them. Not that it equals much but if you're an MVP I'd let
you on and probably be called a fool but I guess that's what
I am. I'd like to get some help as the prospect of rebuilding
makes me think I'd rather have my foot cut in half from top
to bottom and I have 3 times. I'd rather do it four than do a
SBS rebuild.

So I guess I'm to the point of saying, "Lay your ideas on me
and let me go dig. Give me your WAN IP so I can create a
rule to let you remote on. Give me any other tips or hints
you can so that I don't have to rebuild."

Hopefully that's a bit straighter for you. I agree with your
skepticism. Rebuilding should be avoided at all costs. If you
have other ideas let's roll. I'll be happy to play along and see
if we can poach this baby to perfection. If we can't I've got
the C4 on order and I'm going to send this thing to the moon.
