Hi,
domain is washingtonenvelopes.com and public ip is 217.45.195.17. I
started getting event id 418 and 520 for the smtpsvc yesterday and when
I checked in metaedit the smtpsvc had 3 entries (1,2 and info). Also
noticed there was no drop directory stated. So i decided to reinstall
the smtp service and then run the smtpreinstall command. Still no
success. So I then reinstalled IIS and did a maintenance on SBS Install
and reinstalled Exchange Server, after which I reapplied exchange
server service pack 3. Still no success. Can still telnet to port 25
and can still send outbound but no inbound email still getting the
5.0.0 ndr's. Short of reinstalling from scratch I can't think of
anything else to try, but am very reluctant to do that as Ive spent a
long time getting it set up the way I want.

Any help would be much appreciated.
