It's funny, but there are a fair number of folks that I can say "yes, I
remember we talked about this last time we did that upgrade". Yesterday I
was looking for information "I used to know", so I went into the Google
archives on a search of things I had said about a particular topic to see if
I could find out what I used to know about it. For me, searching Google can
be like opening a family photo album. I can pull back conversations I've had
with folks for years and remember all sorts of things that faded from
memory. It's a pleasant experience.

Travelling in Australia reminded me of that because of all the people I met
in person for the first time, yet these are people I have talked to for
years. So, if you are the Pedro from Portugal, then I remember a number of
times we chatted, and look forward to seeing you online again. I don't know
many people from Portugal, so that sticks out. I might even get to your part
of Europe at some point now that I'm travelling the world to talk about this
concept.

Thanks for the kind words! :)

This technique that was so simple for NT, with AD it is now quite complex.
It's remarkable now that I'm giving direct tech support to people working
through the Swing It!! Kit reference because at least it's a standardized
set of steps and they have a consistent reference. So now, the support
emails I get start with "Jeff, I'm in Phase 2, Step B, Item 5 and I'm stuck.
What did I miss?" It's pretty cool how many people use the kit and tell me
later that everything went fine, and they never needed any help. It's a real
pleasure to have put together a guide to something this complex and then
hear that sort of success story. But for those who run into issues and get
stumped, I can help them effectively because I know they have the details
they need, we just have to work out the exceptions they have run into.
