User has to log into exchange

Group,
I have a user that has no problem logging into the SBS2K Domain. When he
opens Outlook he is asked to log in again (box asks for
user/domain/password) and this has to be done about 3 times before it stops
asking for the log in. When he selects another email he has to go through
the log in again.
Any ideas?
