Sending emails problem

Sir,

I have encountered problems in sending emails to one of the user within the
network using sbs2k server. That is Internal messaging as well as sending
message outside using the mircosoft outlook gives the same error message as
follows:

Microsoft Outlook:
You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the
specified user. [Ok]

I have deleted the user profile and then by re-creating the user profile
again does not work. If any one could help me to solve this problem would
be highly grateful to you.
