The UDP ports are random, and TCP doesn't enter into it. If you don't
absolutely need the XP firewall enabled (I don't, except for laptop users),
you can just disable it.

I've never tried Marina's advice for XP SP2 & outlook.exe, but it's worth a
shot - she's a Reliable Source. :)
