Norton Ghost 9.0 and SBS2K

Is an image created Norton Ghost a good way to backup for the C drive on
SBS2K?
After restoring the image, will the "M:" drive rebuild correctly?
I plan to take down the server to do some re-arranging of my raid aray drive
sizes.
