SBS and Laptop user

Dear all,

I have SBS2000 with 30 user, 2 of the users want to use their laptop in the
office but after office hour they like to use the laptop at home aswell.
Can I know the best practice or option for them pls?
If I add a them in to the server then, How can them use the laptop at home
with single profile?
