Not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish. For Internet, you should
just be able to remove the user from the "Internet Users" security group.
For Exchange, you could simply delete her mailbox by r-clicking on her
account in AD and clicking Exchange Tasks. Neither of these would effect
her access to other resources.
