I'm glad you finally got it resolved. I'm almost finished my test install to
see what the problem is. I do this sortta thing in VMWare for fun, I'll get
a life some day but I'm yet to find anyone who knows where I can find one.
Your Win32time errors. Create a packet filter in ISA, from a dynamic port to
remote UDP 123 then 'net time /setsntp:your.favourite.time.server' and they
should disappear.
