Here's a poorly named KB that will give you the default permissions for the
user shares. Don't overlook the "advanced permissions." For Company, the
folder is called "Company Shared Folders" with the share name "Company." At
least on my server, the share permissions are set with Everyone - Read and
Change. The security is set to Domain Users - Modify. This server has been
upgraded a couple of times so that may not be the SBS 2K default - you
should be able to set Company up any way that works for you.

Post back if you have specific questions about other shares and let someone
look them up for you - a reinstall is too much work for this hopefully
simple problem. With any luck at all, you can use this event to make the
boss's son into an ally who will want to consult with you before making this
type of move in the future.
