If you're referring to ethernet cable ending at a USB print server, you
could plug an inexpensive hub into the existing ethernet connection. Then
you could plug the existing and new USB print servers into the hub. That
would save you having to run another network drop, but you'd still need a
print server for the second printer.
The print server is the device with the IP address (whether it's external or
internal to the printer) - you need either a print server per printer, or
one that's specifically made to accommodate more than one IP address (and
therefore more than one printer) - that type of device would have a port for
each printer. I don't see any way you could daisy-chain multiple USB
printers to a single server port/IP address.
