Why not just -add- a drive ?
You can then move all variable Data to partitions on that drive:
I'd recommend 2 partitions, one for the Pagefile and Logs, and another
for data.

Also ensure that you are doing an Exchange aware backup ( such as
NTbackup as per the To-Do Wizard, or your exchange logs ( if not set to
cyclic logging - which is not recommended ) will chew up the free-space
on the drive.
( You can set the location of the logs from the properties settings of
the relevant Service )
