Companyweb no accessable

Hello, my companyweb doesn't appear for users when they type it in the
browser. It gives it the page cannot be displayed message.

I add the IP and companyweb.domain.local into the Hosts file on the PC and
it works. This is obveously a DNS issue.

The DNS has a CNAME record and seems okay, I tried adding a A host record
but without the hosts file maunally being amended on all PC's clients can't
get to the companyweb in SBS.

Anyone any ideas? Hopefully an easy one!
