Hey JC.
You'll need to have port 443 open to your SBS server (at a minimum) to get
OWA working externally. You may also want to open port 80 unless your users
are comfortable with putting https in the address to get to OWA.
Also, you should have selected Outlook Web Access as one of the web sites
to make available externally when you ran the Connect to the Internet
wizard.
