POP3 trouble in Exchange with roaming profile

We have a user that was just switched from a local to a roaming profile
(Win2K box & notebook) using 'copy to'. Still using POP3 to download
email from our ISP for misc reasons.

The user can get email just fine on the original desktop box, but the
notebook can't get the pop3 email. It gives an error message about not
connecting. What might be some reasons. (The roaming profile is working
correctly so far.) Thanks, David
