Bad mail (NDRs) can either be returned to the sender or stored in a bad mail
directory. I don't recall seeing anythiong that will let you delete it.
The two posted fixes (using a batch file for Exchange 2000 or installing the
MS utility if using Exchange 2003) are the suggested ways for clearing out
the bad mail.
