Re: Service hung on starting

I have also just tried enabling the "onboard" NIC connected
to the firewall/router (IP: 192.168.10.99) and shut down
then re-started the server. It made no difference, the
same set of services are "hung on starting".

I can not stop any service, the service manager does not
return once I try to update anything. I can not change a
service from Automatic start-up to Manual.
