Virus Problem

Sir,

I am encountering problems due to the following viruses eventhough we have
installed NAV CE8 and frequently updating the NAV definition updates.
W32.Sasser.B.Worm
W32.Wullik.B@mm
W32.Netsky.P@mm
I am not able to remove these viruses but it says, quarantine succeeded,
clean failed and access denied. Can any one help me to prevent or remove
this virus from PCs completely.
