I have the Share Permission the Profiles folder set to Everyone - Full
access, Authenticated Users - Full access

Security Permissions are set to Admins - full, Users - Full, System - Full

Make sure you don't user "offline folders" with roaming profiles. Alos, use
My Documents folder redirection so that the My Docs are loaded with the
roaming profile (i.e., takes less time to get to the desktop)
