I would ignore them for now...also remember to adjust your pagefile when you add the ram

Chris an Kevin:
Thanks for helping me out. I appreciate all your knowledgeable suggestions and solutions. My server has 60 GB of disk space and 1 GB of Ram. I guess is time to duplicate my ram to 2 GB. Should I ignore the health monitor warning until I upgrade my server ram to 2 GB? Things are fine as today.
Thank you so much guys,
TGIF,
Denise

Also to contribute more here.
You may want to consider moving your pagefile from your C Drive to the E Drive Or Put some on both

Not sure you can see about resources, and it really doesn;t matter. As you
indicated, if everything is running fine, and nobody's complaining - why fix
something that's not broken?
As to the size of your pagefile, what Dave said is the usual response - 1.5
times your physical memory. You don't indicate how much memory your server
has. But let's assume it's 2gb - (which would be what you should be runnning
with SQL and Exchange). In that case, your page file size should be set to
3gb (2 x 1.5).
