First of all... while now is used a little bit what you need to open is UDP
53. Maybe is blocked because your ISP is blocking it. If you are not doing
this... try scanning the interface directly.
Second (and most important of all)... why would you want to do this??? There
is simply no need to host your own DNS... when there are free (or almost
free) companies that do that for you (and allow you to change the records as
you please). Save yourself a lot of trouble and a potential security
issue... use ZoneEdit.com (free), your registrar (GoDaddy.com does it for
free with a registration) or dyndns.org (small fee).
