Actually - not necessary. If you use dyndns or another dynamic dns host, all
you have to do is set up your recipient policy to handle mail for your
Internet domain, make sure all mailboxes are stamped with the right
addresses (as default) and then set your domain's primary MX record to
mycompany.dyndns.org or whatever you chose. No email addresses on other
domains are necessary. The software service you run on your server (if your
router can't handle a dynamic DNS account update, which some can) updates
mycompany.dyndns.org to the correct IP.
