Hi
should be somethin like this
Disable nic.
Shut down,
Remove old nic,
install new nic and connect cable
Boot up
(Ignore the errors)
new nic should be discovered
Install new nic driver if needed
Delete the old nic
setup new nic with old nics settings
reboot
Hopefully OK
one small issue is that the cals are bound to the nic mac address,
only a problem if you need to reinstall the os (quick call to MS for
an unlock code)
