SBS 2K OWL with SSL

I have set up OWL with SSL as per the excellent guide on smallbizserver.com.
However I receive 'page not found' when attempting to connect from an
external client.
I also noticed that I have 3 error icons in IIS for exchange, public and
exadmin. Each time I attempt to
remap the directory they revert back.
Are the two related?
