Javier,
If I connect a PC directly to the comcast cable modem, everything works
fine. It's not until I throw a router into the mix that the problem starts.
What's confusing is that the site has been up and running fine for at
least 6 months with the hardware configuration that is now giving them a
problem.
I'll try lowering the MTU setting on the router if it has one.
