I was going to suggest that someone was shutting it down until I reread your
post and saw that you've ruled that out (that would certainly be the usual
cause of that message). I wonder if there could be some kind of scheduled
task that's causing it, but I can't imagine that you scheduled anything for
10:22AM. Two things I would look at: some UPS software (APC for one) can
initiate scheduled shutdowns, so that would be one thing to check. Another
would be to look in Services and see what's running under the Administrator
account - seems like it's got to be one of those services given that
Administrator is listed as the user.
Since that's a normal informational message rather than an error or warning,
and since it's an orderly shutdown that initiates it, I'd bet the cause is
something other than hardware failure.
