Daryl,

You have what?? Remove Outlook 2003 client immediately from the server. That
should never have been installed there in the first place.
Use a workstation or use OWA from the server if you must. What is your local
AD domainname? Just office? Then you have a so called single labeled domain,
that will cause all kinds of issues.
Any chance of reinstalling and doing it right this time?
