Why not setup OWA ? .....Or have them VPN in ?
E'mails/replies the user sends will then be from the "Office" and not
their Hotmail or Yahoo accounts.
( and why would they need copies in both anyway ? ) For a single account
you can create a mail enabled Contact that forward e'Mail to an outside
Account. On the Users' Account Profile have their mail forwarded to that
contact.
