You really can't setup a "redundant" SBS server
If you are looking to provide more reliable storage, you should be looking
at RAID. Raid 1 would give you a "mirror" image of the main drive. In the
event the main drive fails, you simply replace it with the mirror

or
RAID 5. Data spread over a minimum of 3 drives. Unlikely all 3 drives will
fail at one time. if a drive goes bad, then you replace the bad drive and
it automatically rebuilds the array.
