I have a laptop which is getting on a bit and i'm running out of harddrive space and processing power.
What I want to do is have an sbs server connected to the ADSL router (wired WAN). I then wan't to install a wireless card in the the SBS box for the LAN and connect it to my laptop with a wireless pcmcia card.
This would mean I could keep all my email on the server, files, printer, acess the internet and use routing and remote acess (the server will be in my garage) to run some applications wirelessly.
Does this make sence? will it work? I think I may have to use peer to peer. I don't want to buy two 802.11g cards and find I can't do it.
Ps before anyone says just use Windows 2000 or xp on the server I would like to play with sbs.
Thanks
Jeremy
