Any errors logged on the server or workstation? What pages do display when
you attempt to access these sites (404 error, for example)? You're sure you
can access them from a computer that is not behind ISA? Are there any
properties the sites have in common (https, for example)?

Can you post the url of one of the sites that does not display?
