Wireless is still inherently insecure.
You'd best use VPN

                    Internet

                ADSL WAP-----------------

            Ext NIC Laptop Laptop
               ISA VPN VPN
         SBS 2003 To Server To Server
            Int NIC

I hope you have high/max encryption on the WAP
.. and configure it for the Unique MAC Addresses of the Laptops.
