Hi Mike,

In the end i ended up building the new box and manually
entering the user accounts again. As the clients use PST
files with their outlook email there wasn't a huge deal
in not moving their mailbox store.
I found that once i setup W2K on the new box and then
replicated the AD to it and then went back to install SBS
again it came up with far too many issues regarding not
being able to contact the first DC etc. In the end i
figured was easier to do the rebuild from scratch.
I then transferred all the exchange and ISA config's over
and voila. The CAl's were easy. Most of the CAL disks let
you reinstall once but after that you ring MS and they
will give you unlock codes. Make sure the CALs are
reinstalled in order.
