If you are using a smarthost... then I don't think there any way you could
be blocked from sending mail to certain domains (unless your ISP is blocked
by those domains, in which case there is not much to do).
This doesn't change the fact that you need to check that you are not an open
relay and that you should be out of that list ... but I'm merely pointing
out that this shouldn't be a factor sending mail out.
