Hi Stuart,

Hope you feel better now.

Get yourself a router and stick that between your 2nd nic and the
cablemodem. Put the 2nd nic in an IP-range e.g. 192.168.0.x where:

IP: 192.168.0.1
GW: 192.168.0.2 (pointing to your router-IP)
DNS: 10.0.0.1

Make sure only TCP/IP is bound to the 2nd nic, no WINS, Netbios over TCP/IP
disabled.
Check networkbindings in Network Connections, Advanced, advanced, and make
sure the internal nic is on top.
Apply the regedits in 292822.
Rerun ICW.
