I would double check that... the type of agreement is not dependant on your
reseller. In fact, each agreement should state your company (AFAIK) you are
not allowed to sell stuff from your agreement. If your reseller is really
doing that... it looks to me like dubious business practice which could get
you in trouble. I have several agreements purchased through VERY large
volume resellers and they are still Open License. I suggest you call MS
licensing and figure it out... believe it or not they are extremely helpful
in those things.

In any event at the bare minimum they should give you the agreement number,
which is what you want/need in the eopen website.

BTW-> Can I ask what reseller is this?
