SBS2003 group is at microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
I'd take a stab at your question, but I only have SBS2000, and don't know
what may be different with the connections config

group for this version as yet ;-) Basically the issue is this, a new
installation using one BT line for sending and retrieving faxes and also for
internet access and email etc. I know this is not the best method but the
clients don't want broadband and will not install a second line. That said
the problem is that once an internet connection has been made the dial up
connection will not drop the line after a specified time thus permitting fax
retrieval etc i.e. its permanently connected, the connection is via BT
dialup unlimited access. My question is this: is there any way SBS 2003 can
be forced to drop the line and how can you monitor if its connected? As
there does not appear to be any dialup connection icons showing.
