I did start > programs > accessories > System Tools >Backup
Then i selected the backup TAB.

I then selected Microsoft Exchange Server > (MyserverName)
> Information Store--Which then automaticalliy selects and
puts a blue tick in the check boxes of both the mailbox
store and public folder store.
Then i chose start backup.

When the dialog box appears i choose the replace the data
on the media with this backup radio button.
In the advanced TAB i choose backup data that is in remote
storage and also append to media check boxes.
I then choose run backup now.
Note:All Exchange services are running at this stage
(Online Backup i believe)

The log files are still there and are not deleted. What am
i doing wrong?
