John,

I just got off the phone with Veritas, No solution, but sense it's the
MSSQL$BKUPEXEC server they said I could un-select the backup agent for it
and stop backing up the data base files under the sql program files sense
using the agent and backing up the files is redundant anyway. There are
some files in the Program files/Veritas/backup exec/nt/data dir that have
.bak these are BE's own back up of the data base for BE (runs at 4am every
day), so by backing up these they say that everything for BE is backed up
(jobs selections lists...) and can be restored. I re-did the job and will
let it run to night and see what happens.

Not a fix but some thing I guess.

I don't have a lot of different jobs and selections so I'm not to worried
about this if it was on production SQL database it would be more of a
problem.

Let me know if you find something more.

Tim
