OWA <from> & public folders

Hi All,

A couple of queries re OWA under Exchange 2000.

Is it possible to add the <from> button to new emails so that someone who
has access to sending emails from another account can from OWA?

Is there a way, other than cutting & pasting, to access public folder
contacts in the OWA address book <find>?
