I apologize for not responding earlier...
Guess the first questions to ask, when something changes on the server.
a) Does anyone else have access to the server
b) scanned for viruses/completely patched???

OK, I'll post this here first, but I'm going to repost if I don't get any
  feedback.
I fixed both problems. Disabling the H.323 Service fixed the mapped drive
issue. I _STILL_ don't understand why something that wasn't an issue weeks
ago suddenly is, but I disabled it and drive mapping now seems to work.
  Thank you for that help.
OWA has me very concerned right now. The reason OWA was NOT working form
outside is because ALL 3 folders (Exchweb, Exchange, and Public Folders) had
lost their 'Secure communications" settings. When I went to check, all three
of these had lost their 'Require Secure Channel' and 'Require 128 bit
Encryption' settings. I'm at a loss. How could these all get changed? Why
did the https:// work internally even thought the properties weren't
  selected, but not from outside?
Can somebody verify for me what the setting should be on the Client
Certificates setting and the Enable client certificate mapping option?
These 'random' acts are starting to drive me nuts. Is this a sign of
something greater being wrong or just part of the 'wonderful world of IT' ?
  Thanks everyone.
