Both SBS2000 networks are on 192.168.16.x, so does that knock out a VPN?
Both networks have a Vigor 2600 router available that can handle VPN, in
theory.

I was hoping that I could use standard XP Remote Assistance to make this
work. However trying to connect does not work, I was assuming that ISA was
blocking something.
